RYA Dinghy Sailing Level 1/2

We will be running two RYA Dinghy Sailing Level 1/2 Courses or Junior Level 1/3 in 2012.

25th - 29th May 2013

27th to 31st July 2013

Full and Junior membership of Filey Sailing Club is included and successful candidates will receive an RYA Level 2 Dinghy or Junior Stage 3 Certificate with Coastal Endorsement.

On completing the 5 day course, they are able to use the clubs dinghies, for further practice, for the remainder of the season, with the permission of an Instructor to ensure the weather conditions are suitable.

We provide RYA Course manual and logbook, buoyancy aids. A rescue boat is on the water at all times.

As we use Topper single handed dinghies for juniors, we prefer them to be 11 years old, so they have the physical ability to sail them.

The cost of the course is £295 for adults and £195 for those under 18.

To book a place on the course please send full details and a cheque for £50, made out to Filey Sailing Club, to Peter Crooks, 4 Belvedere, Sandpiper Close, Filey, North Yorkshire YO14 0EF

Contact Peter Crooks here, or details at bottom of page.
